One Transaction Path, From First Enquiry To Settlement
Every transaction follows the same path: a written enquiry, screening in both directions, terms on the company's paper, independent inspection and payment through banks against documents.
One Cargo, Origin To Discharge
The Cargo Taken Aboard
Loaded and certified at the port the contract names.
The Cargo Under Way
Carried on a vessel whose record anyone can check.
The Cargo Landed And Measured
Received, measured and certified at destination.
Everything Starts With A Written Enquiry
An enquiry names the product or grade, the quantity and unit, the delivery basis, the destination and the window. The desk answers in writing, with a firm offer or a clear decline. Nothing moves by telephone alone.
The Screening Runs Both Ways
Before terms are discussed, a file is built on each side: registry, licensing, ownership and sanctions lists. The company's own particulars are sent on request.
Terms Live On The Company's Paper
A dated offer on the company's letterhead states the specification, the quantity, the delivery basis, the pricing basis and the payment terms on its face.
A Cargo Is Its Documents
Every shipment moves inside a documented chain: the transport document, the certificate of quality against the governing standard and the independent inspector's certificates. Each document can be tested by the party receiving it, and every document the company issues carries the transaction's one reference.
No Cargo Boards An Unchecked Ship
Before a cargo is loaded, the vessel's Equasis inspection record and its P&I cover are read. The same checks apply to every vessel, chartered or nominated.
Payment Against Documents, Through Banks
Payment moves through banking channels against the named documents, under UCP 600 where a documentary credit is used. Final invoicing ties to one file under one reference.
From First Enquiry To Settlement
The Enquiry
Product, quantity and destination are named in writing; the desk answers in kind.
Screening Both Ways
Registries, licensing and sanctions checks run in both directions before terms.
The Written Offer
A dated offer on the company's paper, plain terms, nothing implied.
Contract Signed
A Sale and Purchase Agreement states delivery basis, pricing and payment on its face.
Independent Inspection
Quality and quantity certified at the point the contract names.
Documents Through Banks
Payment moves through banking channels against the named documents.
Delivery
The cargo travels under the agreed basis, on the agreed schedule.
Settlement
Final invoicing ties to one file; every certificate stays checkable.
